Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to lead our team's finance operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, compliance, and financial regulations.

This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions and statutory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including vendor invoice processing, expense claims, and timely payments.
  • Oversee daily accounting entries and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
  • Lead the monthly and yearly book closing process, ensuring all reconciliations and finalization activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual returns for GST and TDS.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of statutory audits, Income Tax filings, and Transfer Pricing documentation.
  • Develop and maintain robust Management Information System (MIS) reporting processes.
  • Prepare and present periodic MIS reports to senior management, providing actionable insights into financial performance and compliance status.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation for all financial transactions, payments, and compliance-related activities.
  • Ensure the proper and secure record-keeping of all financial and statutory documents.
Qualifications
  • Education: B.Com, M.Com, or IPCC attempted (CA dropout).
  • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and compliance.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software like Tally.
  • Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
