Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Associate to lead our financial initiatives and drive business growth.

This role will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing MIS reports, and managing cash flow. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in financial software, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • MIS Reporting: Prepare and report on Management Information Systems (MIS) to provide actionable insights.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity.
  • Budgeting: Oversee budget preparation and performance tracking.
  • Financial Sustainability: Suggest measures to improve cost-efficiency and financial sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial analytics, MIS, or corporate finance.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel-based modeling.
  • Soft Skills: Strong knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting. Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
