Accounting Lead

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled accounting professional to oversee the management of our finance department. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Indian accounting practices and be able to lead a team in achieving our financial goals.

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, and inventory accounting.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with all statutory regulations.
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes and prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, specifically within a private limited manufacturing company in India.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional certification (CA / CMA) highly preferred.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SAP Business One (SAP B1). Strong knowledge of SQL required for developing reports and working on the SAP backend.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Ind AS, corporate law, and direct/indirect taxation.
