Business Operations & Brand Development Trainee
Gain experience in both business operations and brand development. Work across diverse industries, clients, and challenges to understand how businesses truly function.

This is a hands-on traineeship where you'll gain exposure in broad areas, then deepen into a specialization. The potential for full-time conversion is available.

Two trainees will be hired — they will work together on integrated training, then each will focus primarily on one area while maintaining cross-functional collaboration.

Program Structure

Integrated Training Phase (Months 1–3): Collaborate on major initiatives across Business Operations and Brand Development.

Specialization Stream (Months 4–9): Transition into your primary specialization based on strengths, interests, and business needs while continuing to contribute cross-functionally.

The program is designed as a pathway into full-time roles with expanded responsibilities and revised compensation packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage client pipelines to strengthen outreach and conversion flow.
  2. Build and maintain systems, including onboarding, planning, and reporting.
  3. Develop dashboards, tracking tools, and process documentation to improve efficiency.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to drive revenue operations and strategic decision-making.
Position A: Business Operations Trainee
  • Core Responsibilities:

Position B: Brand Development Trainee
  • Core Responsibilities:
    • Maintain brand narrative and marketing communications.
