Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our Client Delivery Services group. In this role, you will interact with clients, vendors, partners, and delivery service and product engineering staff.

The ideal candidate will have a logical and analytical mind, ability to work independently or in groups, good verbal and written communication skills, and a quick learner with high energy to work in a fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Help analyze client data for data loading, verify and test application functionality with client data.
  • Capture and understand client requirements, analyze and map to product solution.
  • Document requirements that may require further configurations.
  • Client communication on meeting agendas, meeting minutes, system demos, and client inquiries.
  • Take client calls on issues and inquiries and be able to navigate to closure.
  • Test the system functionality, report issues, and drive to completion.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with client and cross-functional / cross-regional teams.

Ideal candidate(s) should have:

  • Logical and analytical mind.
  • Quick learner to understand product functionality and map to client requirements.
  • Ability to work independently or in teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to articulate in precise and accurate manner.
  • Possess high energy and drive to take on tasks proactively.
  • Experience in using implementation and delivery services software and tools.
  • Experience in software product implementation and support.
  • Knowledge of SQL and complex Excel functions is a plus.
  • US Pension or benefits administration knowledge is a big plus in decision making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in using implementation and delivery services software and tools.
  • Experience in software product implementation.
  • Pension or benefits administration knowledge is a plus.
