Business Development Generalist RoleThis is a high-impact, always-on role that involves working closely with founders on cross-functional initiatives. It's an intense role that requires someone who enjoys all things business and operations, juggling multiple initiatives, and likes rolling up their sleeves to get the job done.
  • Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems by bringing clarity, driving execution, and delivering outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to maximize revenue through initiatives like identifying funnel leakages, shaping pricing/packaging strategies, and enabling teams with better processes and tools.
  • Work closely with Customer Success teams to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning, ensuring resources and targets are aligned.
  • Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards for accurate, actionable data.
Requirements
  • Love all things business and sales, and be willing to get hands dirty.
  • Be able to context-switch between domains without losing depth.
  • Be comfortable with early-stage startup imperfections and operate in disorder.
  • Have extremely high agency and adaptability to make things happen.
