We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Retail Functional Specialist to collaborate with our team in PAN India.   • The ideal candidate should possess at least 10-15 years of experience in functional operations across all Oracle Retail modules.
  • Excellent business process knowledge and good understanding of functional configuration are essential for this role.
  • Well-experienced candidates in fit-gap analysis will have a competitive edge.
  • This position involves planning, executing, and capturing test results while developing, reviewing, and testing code based on technical designs.
  • Applicants must be able to apply business and functional knowledge to prepare test scenarios.
  • Preparation of functional specs based on business requirements is also a key responsibility.
  • Experience in requirement gathering in the retail domain is desirable.
  • Candidates with strong verbal and written communication skills will have a higher chance of being selected.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the development, review, and test code based on technical designs.
  • Apply business and functional knowledge to prepare test scenarios.
  • Plan, execute, and capture test results.
  • Prepare Functional Specs based on business requirements.
  • Exp. in requirement gathering in retail domain.
  • Very client-focused with regards to program delivery.
