Job Title: Facilities Assistant

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day activities and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Exam Day and non-Exam Day administrative activities, ensuring zero incidents on Exam Day related to Admin Services.
  • Coordinate with immediate management for daily operations and ensure SLA/SLC at Exam Venues.
  • Deploy ad-hoc contract manpower at Exam Venues and maintain legal compliances for all Venues.
  • Prepare and deploy contingency/BCP plans and conduct surprise checks at Exam Venues.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Electrical Equipment and experience in Soft services facility management.
  • Good communication skills (written/verbal), conflict management, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Aware of laws related to facility compliance and operations, with good liaisoning skills with Police and other local Govt. departments.
  • Vendor Management skills, open to taking ownership and responsibility of assigned work.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Facility Operations and management, with managed teams.
  • Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc).
  • Ability to travel and adapt to new situations.
