Job Title: Office Administrator
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, handling office resources, equipment maintenance, basic facilities, and other logistical needs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Track and ensure expenses related to office are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies.
- Schedule and organize meetings / events/ occasions.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Provide detailed information about products and services.
- Keep the showroom organized, clean and visually appealing.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Support cross-functional projects as needed.
- Address and resolve administrative issues proactively, finding practical solutions to challenges.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities to handle simultaneous responsibilities effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to office administration.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
