Job Title: Site Readiness Manager

The primary objective of this role is to guarantee seamless administrative and operational preparedness for projects.

This entails ensuring the prompt arrangement of staff accommodation, coordinating with vendors for setup, conducting site inspections to verify readiness, and maintaining liaison with local authorities.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for procuring materials, preparing site readiness checklists, handling travel arrangements, managing petty cash, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key requirements include a bachelor's degree in administration, 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Key competencies include attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth administrative and operational readiness for projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for setup.
  • Conduct pre-launch site inspections to verify operational readiness.
  • Maintain liaison with local authorities, landlords, and service providers.
  • Procure materials, prepare site readiness checklists, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Manage petty cash, admin budgets, and expense records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, administration, or site coordination (hospitality/F&B industry preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple sites and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
