We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with key accounts, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and other means.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the IT industry.
Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
