Role

We are seeking a skilled Artist/Creator Manager to play a pivotal role in the success of our clients and talent.

This is a full-time position that requires a dynamic individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, experience in artist/influencer management, strong knowledge of social media trends, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, influencer selection, and timeline management.
  • Work closely with influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Support in identifying and reaching out to potential influencers, negotiating terms, and maintaining influencer relationships.
  • Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Manage talent schedules and availability, ensuring alignment with client campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with the brand's objectives and influencers' strengths.
  • Support the Senior Manager in executing influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and onboard new talent, and manage high-potential creators, supporting their growth, career success, and alignment with industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with talent through regular communication and prompt resolution of concerns.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in artist/influencer management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
