About this role

We are seeking a seasoned School Partnership Professional to manage relationships with K-12 schools. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of 50-60 schools and a proven track record of building long-term institutional relationships.

This role is critical in ensuring smooth onboarding of schools, maintaining strong engagement, and driving repeat participation in educational initiatives.

  • Leverage existing school connections to onboard institutions into our programs.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers.
  • Ensure end-to-end onboarding including documentation, registration, and payment realization.
  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned schools, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Monitor school participation, track engagement levels, and gather feedback.
  • Conduct orientation sessions, webinars, and events to strengthen engagement.
  • Maintain accurate school records in CRM and ensure timely reporting.
  • Drive retention by ensuring schools continue participation in subsequent years.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in school relationship management, educational sales, or client servicing in the education sector.
  • Mandatory: Established network of 50–60 schools with strong professional relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the K–12 school decision-making ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
