Objective:
We are seeking a driven professional to fill the role of Mortgage Relationship Manager. This position involves managing existing client relationships to ensure timely mortgage payments and minimize defaults, while also actively identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Manage relationships with existing clients to guarantee timely payment of mortgage installments and prevent defaults.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Bonus Initiative: Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand the client base.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from retail mortgages.
- Conduct property assessments for mortgage purposes.
