At Everlight Radiology, we are seeking an accomplished IT professional to support our operations.
Job Role- We provide radiology reporting capacity to healthcare providers worldwide. As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing technical assistance to both internal and external clients, including Radiologists.
- Traveling to Radiologist homes to offer onsite support when required.
- Diagnosing and resolving fundamental technical issues involving hardware and software.
- Configuring, deploying, and supporting end-user computing solutions.
- Prior experience in IT Support is essential.
- Familiarity with healthcare applications and systems.
- Strong application and hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent English written and oral communication abilities.
- Experience with workstation build and deployment.
- Knowledge of HL7 integration engines.
- Familiarity with PACS/RIS software and DICOM standards.
