Job Overview

The Technical Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving process improvement, data platform engineering, and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze EDP platform workflows to identify optimization opportunities
  • Develop comprehensive metrics for platform monitoring and decision-making
  • Support the Enterprise Data Council with data-driven insights for strategic direction
  • Document operational procedures across EDP teams
Operational Support & Resiliency
  • Monitor platform utilization, performance metrics, and operational health
  • Support L1/L2 operational activities for EDP operations
  • Assist with capacity planning and infrastructure automation initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or related technical field
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for complex data analysis
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform

Reports to technology leadership. Works closely with various teams.
