About the Role

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to drive strategy and execution of our platform organization.

This role will oversee core infrastructure, developer experience, data platforms, and frontend frameworks that power large-scale SaaS products across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define Vision and Alignment: Establish a 12–18 month vision for platform organization, aligning technical direction with business priorities.
  • Accelerate Development: Create unified approaches for ingestion, governance, observability, and schema validation across multiple data stores (MongoDB, Firestore, Elasticsearch).
  • Lead Technical Ownership: Own Kubernetes clusters, networking, IaC (Terraform, Helm), and cloud security.
  • Champion CI/CD Pipelines: Implement robust CI/CD pipelines, progressive rollout practices, fault-injection testing, and end-to-end observability standards.
  • Grow Engineers: Grow and mentor engineers across platform, infrastructure, and data domains.
Requirements
  • Experience: 15+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years leading platform, infrastructure, or SRE teams in high-scale SaaS environments.
  • Cloud Expertise: Deep experience with Kubernetes and major cloud providers (GCP preferred, but AWS/Azure also relevant).
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical grounding in TypeScript/Node.js, container orchestration, IaC (Terraform/Helm), service meshes, and event-driven systems.
  • Achievements: Proven ability to design and deliver multi-region or data-residency compliant architectures.
  • Track Record: Track record of implementing CI/CD, observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), contract testing, and reliability practices.
