Office Support Role
We are seeking an Office Support professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, maintaining office organization, and ensuring seamless communication with staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to relevant staff members.
- Greet visitors, direct them, and maintain front-desk reception duties.
- Manage files and update paperwork, both physical and digital documents.
- Schedule meetings and appointments; send invitations to attendees.
- Maintain office supplies, ordering materials as needed.
- Sort and distribute mail and organize office communications.
- Keep the office organized and well-maintained.
Essential Skills:
- Familiarity with office software and equipment (printers, copiers).
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Educational Requirements:
- A diploma or higher qualification.
- Good communication skills in English language.
