Global Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our international sales team. As a Global Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads to drive sales in global markets. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different cultural contexts. If you have experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably in an international B2B sales environment, we encourage you to apply. In addition to a competitive base salary with performance-based incentives and commissions, you will also have access to continuous sales training and international market insights. We offer a dynamic and diverse work environment with opportunities for advancement into Account Executive or Sales Manager positions. Our estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
About the Position:
This role involves proactively prospecting and cold-calling potential leads in international markets through phone, email, and social outreach. You will leverage local knowledge and cultural nuances to effectively communicate with prospects across diverse regions and industries. Additionally, you will qualify inbound leads and identify outbound prospects based on ideal customer profiles (ICP) in international regions. Your responsibilities will include assessing the needs, budget, and timeline of prospects, determining their fit for our products/services, and adapting messaging and outreach strategies based on cultural differences and the nuances of different markets. You will use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales etc.) to log interactions, manage prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Furthermore, you will work closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to refine targeting, messaging, and strategies for international outreach. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence prospects in various cultural contexts. You should also be familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track and manage sales activities. Finally, you should be comfortable navigating diverse cultural nuances and working with international prospects from various regions and time zones.
