Celonis is a global leader in Process Mining technology, and we're seeking an experienced Data Transformation Specialist to join our team in Global Markets.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes across various industries and experience in process optimization and automation.

The successful candidate will work closely with our customers to identify their core business challenges and determine how Celonis can help them achieve their objectives. They will provide support to other regions, establish and cultivate foundational accounts, and build strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to uncover their core business challenges and determine how Celonis can help them achieve their objectives
  • Provide support to other regions, including APAC, to establish and cultivate foundational accounts
  • Build strong relationships with our customers by winning their trust through technical, product expertise, and business acumen
  • Conduct ROI analysis and develop business cases to quantify the potential benefits of implementing Celonis solutions
  • Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence and feed them back to the regional Value Engineering team

Requirements:

  • Value Selling Methodology: Advanced knowledge and experience following the Celonis value selling methodology alongside the customer journey
  • Product Expertise: Hands-on experience guiding the customer's IT team throughout their journey, demonstrating the power of Celonis and accelerating value realization
  • Value Realization: Advanced knowledge and expertise in identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures, and becoming a change agent for the customer
  • Project Management: Ability to plan and manage project scope, expectations, and timelines, managing multiple projects across aligned accounts at different parts of the value journey
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Proven experience preparing and communicating results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally
  • Domain Expertise: Leverage advanced business domain expertise in Finance or Supply Chain and build a compelling value roadmap for the customer
