Main Responsibilities:

  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other business operations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Successful implementation of maintenance strategies to reduce downtime by 20% within the first 6 months.
  • Improvement in overall equipment efficiency by 15% within the first year.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in maintenance management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
