Achieve Operational Excellence Manager

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the efficient delivery of credit compliance, cash application, order management, billing, collections, disputes management, and controls adherence and period-end closing reporting for various regions within BEMEA BAS BNA.
  • Determine improvement and automation opportunities within existing processes and drive initiatives towards digitalizing the OTC function.
  • Lead internal and external audits for SOX, IGAAP, ensuring 100% process compliance as per audit requirements.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and internal departments to resolve problematic areas impacting overall process metrics.
  • Develop and execute projects aimed at process enhancements and automations.
  • Promote business-impacting projects - Digital Initiatives, RPA, Automation.
  • Making decisions aligned with Bunge's global strategy, business needs, and financial goals, and explore new perspectives by driving innovation.
  • Foster strong relationships and networks, effectively influence others, and develop talent to excel in their current and future roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Necessary Attributes:

  • You will have a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in managing service delivery for order-to-cash functions.
  • Experience in commodity FMCG is an added advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
  • Working experience in a similar Shared Services Centre setup is a distinct advantage.
  • You will have strong OTC domain expertise, end-to-end OTC function.
  • Results Orientation, Project Management, People management skills.
