  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify and address any quality issues or defects in the production process.
  • Communication and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports on quality metrics, including defect rates, yield, and customer complaints. Provide timely communication to stakeholders on any quality issues or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field.
