Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Food Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products meets stringent standards, promoting process excellence, and driving continuous improvement throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food safety systems, ISO standards, and HACCP protocols. A degree in Food Technology or related field is essential, along with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of TPM and AIB certifications is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

Depending on location, this salary range may vary.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws, including Weights and Measures & PFA regulations.
  • Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of quality procedures, systems, and standards.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Analyze customer complaints and develop forward action plans to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain awareness about statutory laws and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in TPM activities to enhance involvement in plant operations.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech (Food Tech) or related degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in food quality assurance or related field.
  • Knowledge of HACCP/AIB and TPM principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
