We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team in Kosi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum

The successful candidate will lead large teams of professionals and be responsible for ensuring compliance with PepsiCo policies and standards.

You will play a key role in driving operational excellence processes in manufacturing, including MW/TPM/QMS/EMS, to achieve world-class performance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure production deliverables meet month targets and comply with quality and hygiene standards.
• Lead AIB implementation in manufacturing, RMPM stores, and ensure quality and EHS compliance.
• Maximize NE/TE OEE of equipment and drive improvement plans to minimize operating losses.
• Deliver manufacturing excellence agenda as JH Pillar Head and inculcate TPM culture in the workforce.
• Ensure minimal wastage, optimum manpower utilization, and maximum efficiencies.
• Facilitate training to new manufacturing manpower and deploy workmen on respective workstations.
• Ownership of data entry integrity across lines and monitoring data on shift-to-shift basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• BTech/Food/Dairy Technologist with minimum 8-10 years of experience.
• Ability to lead large teams of professionals.
• SET for at least one product platform.
• KL/GB for LSS program.
