Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at PepsiCo.

About the Role:

  • To oversee the quality of products from raw materials to finished goods, ensuring they meet PepsiCo's standards and regulatory requirements.
  • To conduct regular quality checks, inspections, and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • To work closely with production teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and prevent defects.
  • To develop and maintain quality control procedures, protocols, and documentation.
  • To provide training and guidance to production staff on quality-related matters.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance overall product quality.
  • To ensure compliance with PepsiCo's quality policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • To analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular quality checks, inspections, and audits.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Developing and maintaining quality control procedures, protocols, and documentation.
  • Providing training and guidance to production staff.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with PepsiCo's quality policies and standards.
  • Analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for quality improvement.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Food Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Knowledge of food safety systems, ISO systems, FSSAI, HACCP, and TPM.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with PepsiCo's quality policies and standards.
