  • Conduct COOK tests to check factors like color, internal defects, and greening percentage.
  • Provide status reports and determine whether lots should be accepted or rejected.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality checks are conducted online in the process area.
  • Verify key operating parameters of machines are within specified ranges.
  • Monitor trim and pare areas for proper peeling, slice thickness, and free surface moisture.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Compliance with Frito Lay standards of quality.
  • Minimum waste due to machine-related factors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.Tech (Food Tech)
  • Experience with food safety systems and ISO systems.
  • Knowledge of HACCP/AIB and TPM preferred.
