About the Job
This is a key leadership role that involves driving revenue growth and managing critical business metrics in a region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design requisites and customer experience, as well as the ability to develop and lead a young team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and category penetration.
- Ensure timely and successful design sign-offs and snag-free designs.
- Meet KPIs for customer satisfaction and team member happiness.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- B.Arch or equivalent degree, with an MBA being an added advantage.
- At least 6-7 years of experience in interior fit-out business, operating a revenue-generating team or selling design products/services through designers.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
