We are a rapidly growing company based in New Delhi, seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive our digital marketing sales forward.

The ideal candidate will have experience in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales strategies. With excellent communication and negotiation skills, you will be able to build strong relationships with key clients and negotiate deals that meet their needs.

Job Description
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for digital marketing services.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and proposing effective solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital marketing sales or a related role.
  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of industry and market trends.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Strong networking skills to build professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary package of ₹ 12 lakhs per annum, making this an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals looking to take their career to the next level. The salary includes a basic salary of ₹ 8 lakhs, along with performance-based bonuses and incentives.
