Job Title: Vehicle Systems Designer

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing vehicle systems, particularly focusing on electric vehicles. Your expertise should include knowledge of automobile systems, EV-related systems, and materials properties. You will also need to manage engineering Bills of Materials (BoM) and Engineering Change Notices (ECN), as well as coordinate with suppliers for Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and drafting of parts with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) for vehicle systems.
  • Vehicle integration.
  • Engineering BoM & ECN management.
  • Benchmarking and coordination with suppliers for DFM & DFA.

Required skills include proficiency in Solid Works, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) knowledge, and knowledge of Hyper mesh and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) analysis. Soft skills such as good behavioral skills, ability to learn quickly, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment are essential.
