Our company is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Digital Transformation Leader to drive data-driven strategies and improve operations. This role involves leading the development of advanced analytics and AI solutions to enhance procurement, planning, distribution processes.
About the Role:- Develop comprehensive Supply Chain data science and AI strategies that align with procurement and distribution objectives.
- Identify and integrate key data sources to enhance visibility in procurement decisions and distribution processes.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and tools for data collection, analysis, and visualization capabilities.
- Collaborate with teams to prioritize data science initiatives for operational efficiencies and cost savings.
- Data Strategy Development: Develop scientific replenishment strategies in Trade (India and Global markets)
- Predictive Modeling: Design and implement predictive AI/ML models to enhance demand forecasting accuracy and optimize inventory levels.
- Advanced Analytics: Drive innovation by exploring advanced analytics techniques, machine learning models, and AI algorithms to derive insights from large datasets.
- Supplier Performance Evaluation: Utilize machine learning algorithms to analyze historical data and identify trends that inform procurement strategies.
- Distribution Logistics Optimization: Develop advanced analytics solutions to assess performance of third-party manufacturers and optimize distribution logistics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and ensure alignment on data initiatives.
- Support initiatives like Control Towers, Predictive Analytics, and Process Automation.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on data science methodologies.
- Act as liaison between data science team and business units to ensure data solutions meet operational requirements.
- Develop master data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and quality across all data science initiatives.
- Design data quality checks and validation processes to maintain high standards of data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy laws, and internal policies to safeguard sensitive data.
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts focused on supply chain challenges.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
