Job Title: Training and Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead training initiatives across our outlets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor performance and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to identify training needs.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in F&B training.
  • Strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wines, and liquor service standards.
  • Expertise in creating training modules, SOPs, and skill assessments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently across outlets.
