Job Title: Strategic Distribution Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our distribution strategy, driving growth and revenue in the mass retail market.

This is a critical role that requires formulating and implementing effective distribution strategies to enhance trade advocacy, sustainable reach, coverage, and geographical footprint. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sales Head to achieve Gross and Net Acquisition targets in their circle.

  • Developing and executing robust distribution channel strategies to increase trade partnerships and expand the distribution network by appointing and monitoring new partners.
  • Creating mechanisms for gathering competition intelligence insights to protect base and increase share of subscribers and revenue.

The successful candidate will also provide inputs to the overall circle sales strategy, set targets for the distribution channel, and develop channel expansion strategies. Additionally, they will be responsible for achieving circle revenue targets for the distribution channel across all products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve circle revenue targets for the distribution channel across all products.
  2. Expand the distribution network by appointing and monitoring new partners.
  3. Plan and monitor SIP targets along with the SEM Head.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of distribution experience in Telecom/FMCG/Mass Retail Distribution industry.
  • Multi-geography team leadership experience to bring in best practices.
  • Experience of distribution planning and channel strategy implementation.
