Job Title: Assistant Director

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume a key role in promoting thought leadership and policy advocacy in higher education. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with university leaders, multilateral/bilateral organizations, and other stakeholders.

  • Promote industry-academia engagement through the development of innovative projects that foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with the Higher Education Committee leadership and members to identify key areas for thought leadership papers, reports, articles, and other initiatives.
  • Organize and manage the annual global FICCI Higher Education Summit, including conference programming, speaker coordination, delegate mobilization, and revenue generation.
Requirements:
  • MBA/MBE/MSW/MA - Economics/Social Sciences/Other disciplines degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-12 years of relevant experience in education, social sectors, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
