
Strategic Partnership Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager who will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential partners by researching and shortlisting suitable colleges, universities, and higher education institutions. Proactively reach out to decision-makers to initiate discussions.
- Develop deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders such as principals, directors, trustees, heads of departments, and training & placement officers. Maintain continuous engagement to strengthen collaboration.
- Design customized partnership models including curriculum integration, joint certification programs, faculty development workshops, and student career fairs to maximize value for partner institutions.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, prepare proposals, and draft and finalize memorandums of understanding (MOUs) ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with business objectives.
- Coordinate program implementation and execution at partner campuses including scheduling, resource allocation, and faculty assignments. Work closely with internal delivery, operations, and academic teams.
- Track partnership performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as student enrollment, program completion rates, and placement outcomes. Provide regular reports and data-driven insights to management.
- Drive revenue growth from partnered institutions through effective pipeline management and conversion strategies.
- Represent the organization at national and regional education events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote offerings and network with potential partners.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in higher education, skill development policies, government initiatives, and competitive offerings to refine partnership strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to create impactful campaigns, case studies, and success stories that strengthen partner engagement and acquisition.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in college/university partnership, institutional sales, or academic alliances.
- A strong network within the higher education sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-value relationships and deliver business targets.
- Experience in EdTech, corporate training, or skill development programs is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- MBA/PGDM in marketing, business development, or related fields is preferred.
