Job Title: Strategic Program Director

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Program Director to lead our projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs, driving strategic growth, and fostering collaborative team environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and coaching to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, addressing concerns and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • PMP certification is mandatory.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of Global Capability Center functions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planview, JIRA, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
