**Human Resources Project Officer Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to lead and implement human resource processes at project sites for solar and wind power projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR operations, ensure seamless execution, and drive employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end HR Operations for project staff, adhering to company policies and best practices.
  2. Facilitate effective onboarding and induction programs for new site joiners, ensuring smooth transitions and maximum productivity.
  3. Coordinate goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance assessments, providing constructive feedback and supporting professional growth.
  4. Assist site teams in cascading organizational and individual goals, fostering a culture of alignment and achievement.
  5. Conduct induction sessions for new joiners and coordinate training programs, enhancing skills and expertise.
  6. Maintain accurate documentation and HRIS updates, and employee records, ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Employee Retention is crucial as the HR Project Officer will act as the first point of contact for conflict resolution among site personnel, build strong connections with project employees through regular visits and open forums, address and resolve grievances in a timely and sensitive manner, and support engagement activities to drive motivation and retention.

Requirements:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in HR domain, preferably with site HR work and/or renewable energy project exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, PMS, onboarding, grievance handling, and labour laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • The ability to travel frequently and work across multiple project locations.
