Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of HR Generalist. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and internal databases to ensure accurate matching with company needs.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers to facilitate smooth interaction and timely decision-making.
  • Support onboarding activities including documentation and orientation to guarantee a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to maintain data integrity and inform strategic business decisions.
  • Assist with employee engagement and training program coordination to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Handle routine HR administrative tasks and support HR team initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Participate in maintaining confidentiality and professional standards in HR processes to uphold organizational reputation.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building effective relationships with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) is required for efficient task completion and data analysis.
  • Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented approach, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.
  • Candidates must be available for immediate joining and full-time work in the designated location.
