Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing and vetting contracts including supply agreements, service agreements, transmission and utility contracts.
- Ensuring legal risk mitigation, compliance with applicable laws and alignment with internal policies.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Providing detailed legal opinions on matters including bidding strategy, Right of Way (RoW) and land acquisition, Transmission Service Agreements (TSAs).
- Conducting land-related due diligence and title verification for project development, assessing risks associated with land procurement and RoW.
- Reviewing final bid submissions for infrastructure projects, handling bid-related queries and providing clarifications to the bidding team.
- Evaluating contractual risks for smooth transition and integration.
- Negotiating with external stakeholders, finalizing contracts by ensuring favourable legal positioning.
Job Requirements:
- Licenced Attorney or Solicitor
- Strong contract negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
