Job Description\

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive legal professional to join our contract management team.

The ideal candidate will have strong legal acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Draft and review contracts using designated tools, ensuring accuracy, legal soundness, and compliance with internal standards and policies.\
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on contractual terms.\
  • Proactively secure necessary approvals for both draft and final contract versions.\
  • Regularly follow up with requesters and stakeholders to track contract progress, obtain pending inputs, and ensure timely action.\
  • Maintain internal trackers and databases to reflect contract status, key milestones, and changes.\

      • LLB (Bachelor of Law)\
      • Relevant contract or legal experience preferred\
      • Legal drafting, stakeholder management, contract lifecycle understanding, communication, and tool proficiency.\
