Job Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced legal professionals to fill various contract roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and negotiate IT, technology contracts, agreements and documentation.
  • Review and negotiate master service agreements, procurement agreements, non-disclosure agreements and professional service agreements.
  • Handle government tenders, bid proposals, RFI, RFP, EOIs, OEMs, service providers, sub-contractors – software license, hardware, cloud, SaaS, AI and manpower etc.
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on contractual correspondence, amendments or extensions of contracts and compliance to contractual obligations.
  • Protect the interests of the company in contractual matters and identify and mitigate risks, liabilities and deviations.

Requirements:

  • LLB professionals with 5-10 years experience into contracts, direct negotiation with clients and business heads.
  • Managed APAC as a region and worked in an in-house legal team of an IT/ITES company.
