Job Summary

A contract specialist will draft, review and execute various business agreements including NDAs, service contracts, consultancy agreements etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting commercial agreements for business entities
  • Review, negotiation and execution of contracts
  • Preparing summaries of critical clauses in executed contracts
  • Providing advisory services to business, finance and operations teams
  • Executing documentation towards renewal, variation and closure of existing relationships
  • Undertaking research and preparing notes on legal points forming part of transactions
  • Maintaining MIS records of contracts
