We are seeking a skilled Proposal Research Analyst/Outreach Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our proposal development process, you will be responsible for drafting customer proposals and tender responses, researching RFPs/RFQs/RFIs/RFRs, and submitting them to the Proposal Manager for further consideration.

    • Draft customer proposals and tender responses as a single point of contact for customers.
    • Research and review RFPs/RFQs/RFIs/RFRs to submit to the Proposal Manager.
    • Responsible for researching, capturing, and registering in Bid/RFP portals.
    • Analyze RFP requirements against proposal outlines for compliance and responsiveness.
    • Direct writing/editing/rewriting efforts and graphic concept development as needed.
    • Create proposal outlines and use throughout proposal development.
    • Submit follow-up questions on RFI, RFQ, RFP, etc., as needed.
    • Schedule meetings and conference calls with team members to develop strategies.
    • Manage files in electronic databases and management systems.
    • Prepare project kickoff materials such as customer timelines, agendas, and deliverables.
    • Schedule and lead formal kickoff and status review meetings during response projects.
    • Support technical writing and contribute to process improvement.
