Key Responsibilities:

  • Design CSR Proposals Focused on Rural Women
    • Research and draft proposals aligning corporate CSR goals with rural women-centric programs (skilling, entrepreneurship, health, education).
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect community needs and organizational values.
  • Outreach to CSR Funders & Partners
    • Identify companies with active CSR mandates in gender equity, rural development, or livelihood generation.
    • Present tailored proposals and maintain follow-ups to build long-term partnerships.
  • Liaison with NGOs & CSR Teams
    • Engage with NGOs working in rural women empowerment to understand their models and impact metrics.
    • Customize documentation to reflect shared goals and co-create scalable interventions.

Required Skills:

  • Pursuing BBA/MBA or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and passion for gender-inclusive development.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
