Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our education initiatives in the rural sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Planning and Implementation: Plan, implement, and monitor quality support programs in assigned states.
  2. School Infrastructure Optimization: Optimize school infrastructure and facilities, including working toilets, libraries, computer labs, science labs, and energized classrooms.
  3. Critical Process Activation: Activate critical processes in schools, such as sports, assemblies, schedules, libraries, student committees, forums, teacher professional development, and other student-centered activities.
  4. Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth academic and co-scholastic operations throughout the year, including sports days, annual days, republic days, community volunteering, and parent-teacher meetings.
  5. Financial Management: Assist in formulating annual operating plans, submitting monthly budget provisions, and monitoring day-to-day expenses of the region.
  6. Talent Acquisition: Support in recruiting academic mentors/trainers in consultation with HR.
  7. Partnership Building: Network and liaison with stakeholders to build and nurture long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  1. Educational Qualifications: MSW/MBA or Postgraduate degree in Rural Development.
  2. Work Experience: 5-10 years of experience in implementing education programs.
