Job Title: Business Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with key clients and prospects, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and track potential leads to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 1-2 years' experience in lead generation or sales-related roles.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Western companies.
  • IT background.
