Job Summary
The Business Intelligence Specialist will be responsible for analyzing sales metrics, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing strategies to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the management team to develop data models, analyze sales data, and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
- Lead strategic partnerships and initiatives to drive business growth, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct data analysis to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Create visually appealing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate sales performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop targets and strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
- Track performance and present findings to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure effective utilization of CRM systems, providing access and support to business teams.
- Provide sales data and insights to sales representatives, generating reports and supporting their efforts.
- Act as a liaison between sales and other departments, fostering collaboration and open communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, sales, finance, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a sales or marketing context.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in data crunching and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus.
