Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in delivering actionable insights to customers through strategic data analysis and reporting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets from various sources, preparing comprehensive reports on customer lifecycle activities, and measuring campaign effectiveness.

Using data analytics tools, the ideal candidate will create insightful reports, conduct in-depth analyses of postpaid and prepaid customers, and produce performance summaries that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data-driven reports to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and segments to provide recommendations for improving customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and big data queries, with experience in tools like Tableau or Power BI being a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in campaigns, CRM, or customer-facing domains.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required.
