Business Data Analyst Role Summary
">We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled data analytics professional with expertise in migration of enterprise data solutions from SAP HANA to Snowflake. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring business continuity, data integrity, and performance optimization.
">The ideal candidate will have experience working with business stakeholders to understand and collate analytics and reporting requirements. They must be able to analyze and conduct feasibility studies of these requirements, identify source systems, source data sets, and source tables needed to fulfill them.
">- Main Responsibilities:">

- Analyze and conduct feasibility studies of these requirements.">
- Identify source systems, source data sets, and source tables needed to fulfill the requirements.">
- Convert functional requirements into technical solutions.">
- Create detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and functional design document.">
- Collaborate with data modeler and data engineers to develop technical solution.">
- Perform functional unit testing of the solution.">
- Support business teams for completion of user acceptance testing.">
- Facilitate communication between business and IT.">
- Support deployment of technical solution to production.">
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities.">
- Evaluate data quality, consistency, and performance in the new Snowflake environment.">
Requirements:
">- Qualifications:">
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.">
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering roles.">
- Understanding of Supply Chain business processes.">
- Experience working on Analytics-related projects and implementation.">
- Good exposure to SAP ERP systems like ECC or S/4HANA.">
- Understanding of data modeling concepts.">
- Ability to identify relationships between data sets.">
- Exposure to SQL queries and ability to query data for analysis/troubleshooting.">
- Exposure to BI reporting tools.">
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.">
- Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud platforms and knowledge of BI tools.">
