Job Title: Event Strategist

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive participation at our international events and conferences. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build relationships with senior executives.

The ideal candidate will enjoy networking, research, and community engagement in the B2B events space.

  • Identify, research, and engage senior executives in AI, Data, and Technology domains.
  • Drive registrations for our international conferences and forums.

Maintain high-quality communication with potential attendees via email, phone calls, and messaging apps.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Event Acquisition: Research, identify, and engage senior-level executives across industries.
  • Speaker Engagement: Research and map industry thought leaders, innovators, and executives suitable for event agendas.
  • Community Building: Build strong relationships with participants and maintain an active network for future events.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–4 years of experience in event strategy, sales, or business development for events/conferences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior-level executives.
  • Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential attendees and speakers.
  • Familiarity with outreach strategies (email, phone calls, and messaging apps).
